  • Gruyere, Raclette and Emmental Cheese Fondue. Served in bread bowl, accompanied with bread cubes and charcuterie


  • Baby Organic Mixed Green Salad. Topped with roasted Bosco pears, blue cheese crumbles, chili crusted pecans, mixed pepper confetti, and cherry tomatoes. Served with pomegranate Meyer lemon dressing.


  • Pan Seared Individual Petite Filet of Beef, Served truffle Port wine sauce
  • Poached Salmon Roulade. Stuffed with tarragon scallop mousse, and served with roasted red pepper sauce


  • Grilled Vegetable Stack
  • Prosciutto Wrapped Potato Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Wild Mushrooms, and Caramelized Onions
  • Herbed Asiago Biscuits


  • Gingersnap Pear Cheesecake
